How do I shop at Teng Tools?
Welcome! Shopping at Teng Tools is simple. Browse our categories and products from the navigation menu. Drop down menus will help you search categories. Once you have found the items you would like to order simply add these to your Shopping Basket and follow the prompts to proceed to order.
How does the search bar work?
Simply type the product code or description you are looking for into the empty field provided and the search bar will display the results associated with that search. The search bar is extremely smart and dynamic. As you begin to enter your search request, the system will intelligently predict your query enabling you to reach the desired product or category as quickly as possible.

Are your products brand new and in original packaging?
All of the products listed in our store are brand new and in original packaging unless otherwise stated.
Are all of the items listed in stock?
Our store is linked to a computerised stock control system which automatically updates to reflect our stock levels. If an item is listed as being ‘in stock’ in our store, it is in stock. If an item is out of stock, the listing will alter to reflect this change.
What guarantee do Teng Tools offer?
Teng Tools offer an 'Everlasting Power Guarantee'. Teng Tools products meet – or surpass – the requirements in ISO, DIN and other international standards. As extra security, our “Everlasting Power Guarantee” means that all Teng Tools products will be replaced or repaired should they break during normal usage due to a manufacturing or material fault.

We will try to get your order delivered to your nearest Teng Tools stockist as quickly as possible. Therefore, after your order is placed, you will have a very limited time to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel your order. Please contact the Teng Tools online Customer Service team immediately if you need to cancel an order. When you receive your order, you can return it. How can I pay for my order?
All orders are paid for in full in store at your chosen Teng Tools stockist upon collection.
How do I know if you have received my order?
We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order.

Order & Collect is a convenient service which enables you to place an order online and collect from your nearest Teng Tools stockist.
How do I shop using Order & Collect?
Add to basket & login
Add your item(s) to your shopping basket, proceed to checkout and login to your Teng Tools account.
Select your nearest stockist & order
Choose the preferred Teng Tools stockist you would like to collect your purchases from and place your order.
Collection & payment
Your selected Teng Tools stockist will contact you when your order is ready for collection. This may take up to 1-2 working days. All orders must be paid for in full in store.
Please bring the following information with you:
- Your ‘Order Confirmation’ email print-outs or you can show this on your phone or tablet.
- Photographic ID (Drivers Licence or Passport).
